Emmaculate Care Services Limited  has a robust recruitment system where our staff are rigorously vetted to ensure that we deliver services of the highest quality to all our clients. Our aim is to ensure we continue to provide quality assurance and an excellent standard of service to our current and future clients.

Throughout our recruitment process we ensure that all applicants have the relevant qualifications and experience necessary for the service they will provide, this includes:

  • An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) verification check
  • Employment history with any gaps being explained
  • Two Employer references, one of which must be the current/most recent employer
  • Verification on identity, including eligibility to work
  • Immunization status
  • Verification of NMC Pin Number

All of our Support Workers and Qualified Nurses undergo an ongoing compliance procedure to ensure that they meet the guidelines set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and NHS, this includes:

  • Appraisals
  • Supervisions
  • Staff Assignment Reports
  • Staff Feedback Forms
  • Client Service Questionnaires
  • Action/Monitor Incident Forms
  • Comprehensive Training
  • Regular audits of staff files
  • Maintain and update Policies & Procedures
  • Client Visits
  • NMC Pin Number updates
